I love cooking but these days I´m so busy that sometimes being simply practical is the easiest way.You can´t spend all day cooking, otherwise you wont have time for being with your beloved ones. Or enjoying your presents. Or drinking poisons. Whatever.

Here´s an example: I made the easiest dessert. And it does look good, doesn´t it?

Just melt some chocolate (I used 250 gr.) and paint the silicon baking mold you usually use for making muffins. Put it in the fridge until the chocolate is hard, and add a second layer of chocolate.  Put four wild forest fruits yoghurts in a bowl and stir making a cream. Add said yoghurt cream to the molds when the second layer is hard enough. Put them in the freezer.

Get them out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving. Here I served them on a bed of English cream.

Voilà!
